Standard Narration can be added to Appointment, Time Entry, Task, Quote Line, Disbursement and Purchase Orders. In TimeTrak Mobile version 19.1.13 onwards, you have an ability to add a standard narration to opportunities.
Add standArd a narration to TimeTrak via the TimeTrak Administartor console.
Standard text message and database fields can be inserted to Description of Standard Narration. This option will save time in entering details for the TimeTrak Mobile user.
You can either make this narration available to all users or restrict to a specific user group using Global Narration tick box.

When adding an opportunity in TimeTrak Mobile, Narration can be added to the notes section as per below. Select appropriate Narration from the dropdown list.
