Mobile Users can now view Unpaid Invoices from the Posting Screen

Do your Mobile users issue invoices and create payments against debtor accounts?

In TimeTrak from version 3.2.51.1, there is now the ability for Mobile users to view all transactions against a client from the posting screen that the logged in user has created as per below:

This is controlled by a setting against the Profile called “Show Transactions”.

If users need to see the lines on the invoice also, tick on “Show Transaction Lines”.

Users can see a list of the invoices against the debtor account; select the correct invoice and “Make payment” against the selected invoice.

If, for some reason, when completing a job and invoicing it the payment is missed, those invoices can now be easily found and a payment created against them.
